Workout Review

Today’s run felt good.  Forcing myself to get out of bed early is the key in staying motivated for myself. For tomorrow I am laying out my clothing, getting my pre-workout ready, and planning my meals.

Food Log

Today was my cheat day. The one thing that I have notices as focus more on all aspect of my health, even on cheat days or days I don’t want to think about being healthy I am limited what I do.

  • Fat – 102g
  • Carbs 243g

How’s my journey to fitness going?

Tomorrow starts my challenge. I am feeling encouraged  because some of my social media “friends” never met but some day. Have been giving me lots of positive feedback as I post more. Also I think that setting a challenge that is more than just diet, but fitness, and focusing on my spiritual health by meditating, and reading is going to help me be more successful. Today I am just feeling hopeful.
